Click the ADD EMERGENCY CONTACT button to save the information.
You may add more than one emergency contact. Add each emergency contact record using the steps above.
As each record is saved, your EMERGENCY CONTACTS list is updated.
If you need to update the information you provided for an emergency contact, click EDIT for the emergency contact you want to change.
If you no longer want to list an emergency contact you provided, click REMOVE for the emergency contact you want to delete.

Skills Inventory
The Skills and Interest inventory chart helps us get to know you better. For each job/duty listed, tell us whether you have any training/knowledge and your interest level. We want to know what you have a high interest in, even if you have minimal skills, as well as those things you’re good at but have no interest in volunteering.
Please rate your SKILL on a scale of 1 to 10: 1=Novice, 5=Fair, 10=Expert.
Please rate your INTEREST on a scale of 1 to 10: 1=None, 5=Curious, 10=Excited.

Click the SAVE & CONTINUE button to move to the AVAILABILITY section of the application.
Click the BACK button to return to EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION.
Availability
The AVAILABILITY section provides a way for you to communicate when you’re available—if you plan to volunteer with us on an on-going basis.
Use the to open the Add Availability window.
Provide the DAY, START TIME, and END TIME of your availability. Make sure the denote AM or PM.
Click the SAVE button to save your entry. AVAILABILITY shifts must be added one at a time.
Repeat these steps as needed to denote your availability across multiple days and times.
To edit a previously saved entry, click the for the entry you want to change.
Update the record as needed.
Click the SAVE button.
To delete an availability entry, click the for the entry you want to delete.
Click the DELETE button to remove this entry.
Click the OK button in the pop-up window to confirm you want to delete this entry. Once you delete the record it cannot be retrieved. If you don’t want to delete the entry, click the CANCEL button.

Click on the DISCLAIMER or its check box. A window will open for you to read/review the TERMS and CONDITIONS.

The final section of the online application displays all the information you’ve provided for all 5 sections. If any section of your application is missing required information, you will see a MISSING DATA notation.
To return/edit a section of your application:

Click the STEP # in the navigation bar at the top of your screen.
